TASTING NOTES: Indi Sundae - Wheat Beer 5.3% alc vol
The aroma and flavour of this beer are decidedly fruity and phenolic. Banana esters are certainly evident with citrus and vanilla/caramel flavours also being perceived. Made with 50% wheat and 50% Barley this beer is well attenuated with malt and yeast flavours working harmoniously together. Fermented with 4 different strains of German yeast, this beer is truly unique
