NOW POURING....
ROASTED PEACH WHEAT BEER
4.2% alc vol
The German word Bernsteinfarbens means amber coloured and as such this interpretation of the style is dark yellow to amber in colour. Characterized by a distinct sweet maltiness and caramel or bready character from the use of medium coloured malts and 50% pale wheat. Estery and phenolic elements are evident but subdued, hop bitterness is low and hop flavour and aroma is absent. With a rounded bubblegum middle palate and brewed with the addition of Peach, this interpretation of the German beer style Bernsteinfarbens Weissbier is perfect for an Australian Octoberfest.
INDI CHERRY BOCK
6.6% alc vol
Malty, cherry sweetness is dominant but not cloying, instead, with clean lager flavours. Malt character comes through in aroma and flavour with some elements of caramel and toffee being evident and contributing to complexity. Alcoholic strength is high but this is smooth and warming rather than harsh and burning. Hop bitterness and flavour is low and hop aroma is absent. Some rich, fruity esters may be perceived but are overcome with lingering cherry.
INDI GREEN

Low Carb Lager
5.5% alc vol
Light amber in color, light in body and high in carbonation. Indi Green is characterized by extremely high degree of attenuation and dryness with slightly higher level of alcohol resulting. Hop aroma and bitterness is certainly evident due to a unique, high alpha acid hop variety with the ability to impart a distinctive cool climate white wine fruitiness.
